These terms apply when you use Soko Kiganjani. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. 1. What Soko Kiganjani is

   An online marketplace where sellers in Tanzania list products and buyers contact them on WhatsApp. Soko Kiganjani does not sell products, take payments, deliver goods or take part in any sale. Every deal is between the buyer and the seller.

2. 2. Your account

   Give accurate details and keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not pretend to be someone else. We may ask you to confirm your email address before you can sign in.

3. 3. Selling

   Sellers must give a working WhatsApp number and accurate information about their shop and products: real photos, honest descriptions, and the correct price and condition. New shops and listings are reviewed before they appear, and we may refuse, hide or remove any listing. Shop names must not copy or closely imitate another shop's name.

4. 4. What is not allowed

   Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods; weapons, drugs and anything banned by Tanzanian law; misleading listings or fake reviews; spam, harassment or fraud; and using other people's photos or trademarks without permission.

5. 5. Buying safely

   Meet in safe public places, check the item before you pay, and never send money in advance to someone you do not trust. Read our safety tips, and report suspicious listings or sellers with the Report button.

6. 6. Reviews and reports

   Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the seller; we may remove reviews that break these terms. We look at every report, and we may suspend shops or accounts. When we do, we tell the owner why.

7. 7. Our responsibility

   We work to keep the marketplace safe, but we do not check every product or seller and cannot guarantee any item, price or deal. As far as the law allows, Soko Kiganjani is not liable for losses arising from dealings between buyers and sellers.

8. 8. Suspending and closing accounts

   We may suspend or close accounts or shops that break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.

9. 9. Changes and governing law

   We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
